About Operator Stack

Operator Stack is the community for operations people who run their SaaS stack with coding agents — built and moderated by PromptMetrics in Berlin.

Why this community exists

Ops teams live in three or more tools — a CRM, a billing system, a support desk — and the work of keeping them in sync is manual, repetitive, and invisible until it breaks. Coding agents changed that: an operator who doesn’t write software for a living can now build an orchestration layer that reads from one tool, applies real business rules, and writes to another with a human approval gate on every change.

Operator Stack is where those builds get shared, torn apart, and improved. Members post the workflow they automated, the prompts and guardrails they used, what broke, and what it saved — in hours, errors, or recovered revenue. Every public thread is readable without an account.

Who runs it

Operator Stack is built and moderated by PromptMetrics, an AI-agent implementation company based in Berlin. PromptMetrics builds orchestration layers that connect the tools operators already run — HubSpot, Salesforce, and the rest — using coding agents, and this community is where that practice is developed in the open.

It was founded and is run by Izzy Aly, who moderates the community and posts their own builds here under the same rules as everyone else.
