Terms of use

The short, readable rules for using operator.promptmetrics.dev.
The service
Operator Stack is a free community for operations practitioners, operated by PromptMetrics, Berlin, Germany. Reading public content requires no account; posting does. By creating an account you accept these terms and the posting guidelines.
Your content
You own what you post. By publishing here you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it as part of running the community — that’s what makes your post readable to other people and to search engines. You’re responsible for having the rights to what you share: don’t post other people’s confidential data, credentials, or customer records.
Acceptable use
No spam, no impersonation, no scraping member data, no attempts to break or overload the service, and nothing unlawful. Moderators can edit visibility of, or remove, content that breaks the rules, and can suspend accounts that keep breaking them.
Third-party tools and advice
Posts describe automations against real business systems. They are shared experience, not professional advice — test in a sandbox and keep a human approval gate on writes. We don’t vouch for third-party tools members mention.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, and we’ll say why when we do.
Liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence; mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
Governing law
German law applies. If a provision of these terms is invalid, the rest stays in force. See also the privacy policy.
