A community for operators, not engineers

You already pay for the tools.
Here's how operators make them work together.

Operator Stack is a working community for RevOps, CS, and marketing-ops leads who orchestrate the SaaS they already own with coding agents. Real builds, real numbers, and the parts that broke.

What is Operator Stack?

Operator Stack is a free community for operations people who run their SaaS stack with coding agents. Members are RevOps managers, customer-success directors, DTC founders, and marketing-ops leads who sit on three or more tools — HubSpot, Salesforce, billing, support — and are done clicking between them. Instead of buying another integration platform, they use coding agents such as Claude Code to build orchestration layers: small, reviewable scripts that read from one tool, decide against real business rules, and write to another with a human approval gate on every change. The community works in public. Members post the workflow they automated, the prompts and guardrails they used, what broke, and what it saved in hours or recovered revenue. Every build thread is readable without an account, and posting is free. Operator Stack is run by PromptMetrics, a Berlin-based agent-implementation company.

Written by people with your job title

Nobody here is shipping a product. Everyone here is orchestrating tools they didn't build.

RevOps managers

Dedupe, routing rules, and pipeline hygiene handled by an agent that reads your CRM instead of another paid connector.

CS directors

Renewal-risk digests and QBR prep assembled from Zendesk, Gong, and the CRM before your Monday standup.

Marketing-ops leads

Campaign QA, list hygiene, and attribution stitching without waiting on a data team's sprint.

DTC founders

One person, six SaaS subscriptions, and an agent doing the joining that a headcount used to do.
