How do you get answers that live in more than one tool?

Quick research question for the operators here.

You run the business on HubSpot, Stripe, a project tool, and whatever else. Then someone asks a simple question. "Which customers from last quarter's campaign actually paid, and did we deliver on time?"

The answer exists. It's just spread across three tabs, two exports, and one pivot table you rebuild every time.

I'm researching this properly before I build anything. So tell me:

1. What was the last cross-tool question you needed answered?

2. How long did it take to get the answer?

3. What have you already tried? Dashboards, Zapier, a VA, giving up?
